Pinterest’s Food Content & Creators team is seeking to hire a temporary, part-time Project Manager to manage the launch and execution of a high-profile initiative to generate food content on Pinterest. This initiative will have national reach and involve working with a major media partner, as well as a number of well-known food content creators. This position requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a knack for collaboration, and well-developed organizational skills. The contract period for the position is June 1, 2022 to October 31, 2022. We’re looking for all kinds of people. To build an app that’s used and loved by people all around the world, we need a team with all kinds of different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds.
What you’ll do:
• Manage the launch and execution of a high-profile initiative to generate food content on Pinterest.
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional internal teams and partners to ensure all project milestones stay on track.
• Coordinate with all external promotional partners, including a major media partner and a group of food content creators, to ensure all deliverables are on track.
• Coordinate with other contracted third parties to ensure all project milestones stay on track.
• Identify problems and create solutions as the inevitable twists in the road present themselves.
• Track, analyze, and share key metrics that evaluate project success.
• Step in and assist with any other work that is needed to ensure the project is a success.
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of experience managing complex projects involving numerous collaborators and workstreams.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify problems and create solutions
• Experience working with high-touch talent, including influencers and celebrities
• Experience working in food content or the culinary industry

• This is a temporary contract position at Pinterest. As such, the contractor who fills this role will be employed either by our staffing partner (PRO Unlimited) or by an agency supplier partner, and not an employee of Pinterest.
• All interviews will be scheduled and/or conducted by the Pinterest assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, PRO Unlimited or the agency supplier partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details including duration, benefits options and onboarding details.
