We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver digital capabilities and operational improvements on time, within budget and to the highest quality to serve our customers.

What you'll do
In your new role, you’ll prepare, manage, and provide reporting on all project plans, controls and resource plans across assigned projects. You’ll make sure that activities are in place to adequately prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders effectively to enable change to be implemented and handed over.
You’ll remove any impediments to progress, facilitate meetings, protect the team from outside influences or distractions and work with the product owner to make sure that the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint and per release cycles.
You’ll also:
• Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
• Lead and define the production of a project initiation document and make sure that the solution clearly supports and is aligned to our strategic goals
• Working closely with various stakeholders and departments across Business, Transformation, and IT to deliver short- and long-term transformational initiatives
Make sure that all project deliverables satisfy the requirements and that they adhere to the agreed governance framework
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged
• Encouraging the team to build relationships to promote internal and external communication, improving transparency, and sharing information with all interested parties
• Manage 3rd party vendors and partners to enable successful delivery of products and projects
The skills you'll need
You should have experience of delivering strategic projects that support a business strategy and its growth agenda. You’ll also need knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
You’ll also need:
• Experience of delivering project management, inc. scope and governance control
• Strong organisation skills and astute attention to detail
• A background in coaching cross-functional teams into high performing teams
• Strong knowledge of the Agile manifesto and its principles
• Experience in Agile ways of working and Scrum Master activities would be beneficial
• Knowledge of modern development practices and tools, such as Jira would be desirable
