As a Senior Analyst, Process Excellence your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and support the current state assessment for existing processes to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement (experience with technology enable changed desired)
• Lead data collection, analysis and story board to develop visualizations for key performance indicators
• Lead communication with key stakeholders regarding the data analyses, identification of key performance indicators, adoption monitoring definition and/or benefits realization
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document existing and future processes as well as other assets required to support the communication of change
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and become a go to advisor for improvement initiatives

• Lead the identification of change impact and process integration needs for future process to be implemented
• Foster an environment and culture that encourages productivity, innovation & teamwork
• Other duties as required

Think you’ve got what it takes to be a Senior Analyst, Process Excellence? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:

• University degree in Business, Finance, Math, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar quantitative discipline
• 4+ years of experience working with clients or companies/firms in tax, assurance, audit, management consulting, financial services, IT or similar industry
• Completion of 3-6 projects involving process design, process mapping, business architecture, business or functional requirements

• Proficient in various tools for data analysis (e.g. Excel, SQL, PowerBI), document management (SharePoint, Teams), documentations and presentations (PowerPoint), or similar tools
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) and/or Business Process Management Certification is an asset
• Strong interpersonal skills including facilitation and negotiation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including formal presentations
• Strong analytical skills including processing unstructured data, business intelligence tools and techniques, validating findings, and assessing recommendations
