The Job Opportunity
The Operational Excellence Coordinator will coordinate, deliver and improve organizational and functional processes, policies and dashboard towards Operational Excellence. Establish a continuous improvement culture within the contract by working closely with the departmental managers in promoting operational excellence in every task or projects they deliver.
Key accountabilities
• Coordinate, plan, develop and implement continuous improvement in the contract with the support of department managers.
• Support commitment to the organization processes and policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing operation and contract performance through use of dashboards.
• Generate new ideas for process improvement initiatives and provide management with insights.
What we are looking for in our candidates:
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Extremely organized with strong time management skills.
Specific requirements
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green / Black Belt preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
