The Tiny Mountain crew will be a collection of bright characters, with a genuine interest and care for the people and products. We’re here to be playful, to serve our delicious beers to all and have a great time doing it. Our venue serves beers from our onsite brewery along with cocktails, wine & our onsite kitchen offering is growing by the minute. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join our team in a brand-new role.
You will lead and develop our Tiny Kitchen to deliver best-in class service, you can come in and make the menu your own working with our Venue Manager to really take our Tiny food offering to the next level!
Along with your passion for food and knowledge of current food trends, you will bring creativity, flair and flexibility as well as charisma and a drive to succeed. Ideally you will have experience in high volume a la carte environments and can showcase your ability to engage with stakeholders and effectively manage kitchen budgets.
Making a difference isn’t an easy ask, but we’ll give you the support you need to get there. As you navigate your way and explore what’s possible, we’ll be right there with you.
Your availability will need to be flexible, to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
