Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
2. Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality activities
3. Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance
4. Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures
5. Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver projects, including the engagement of external resources as required
6. Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
7. Responsible for achieving budget and forecast
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English.
2. Additional language could be a plus
3. knowledge of poka-yokes (error proofing) could be a plus
4. Driving license for passenger car
5. Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
6. 3 - 5 years of experience
7. Languages: Chinese and English
