We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie position to join the team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco for the 2022 season.
As Chef de Partie, you will assist on the daily operation of the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of events and of the outlets, according to company standards and financial targets.
You will build and nurture relationships with your team to ensure they provide an engaging, intuitive and refined service to our residents and guests.
The successful candidate must demonstrate the highest level of hospitality and professionalism to motivate the team towards the achievement of the highest level of standards. He/She will have an immaculate personal presentation and be passionate about developing their team. In addition, they will be able to maintain excellent working relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers.

Essential duties and responsibilities
• Responsible for efficiently organize daily “mise en place” in order to maximize time versus productivity.
• Actively collaborate with the Chef and the Executive Sous Chef in assuring that every dish is aligned to set standards;
• Proactivity and openness to cooperate with other cooking lines when necessary is required, for this reason an overall knowledge of every areas is important;
• Responsible for complying with the sanitary and cleaning policies and regulations;
• Exhibit a friendly, caring, and courteous manner when dealing with guests, staff, and fellow employees.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 1 year in similar position.
• Strong written and spoken in Italian and a basic knowledge of English.
• High level of attention to detail and refined manners with exceptional communication.
