The Compliance & Quality Manager is critical to making this happen and will support the Compliance and Quality Lead in managing and governing the AR&AC Financial Crime Transformation (AFCT) program risks and issues, including oversight of program delivery change, and quality assurance over AFCT deliverables.

Your key priorities and responsibilities will include:

Fostering an environment where there is a strong focus on (delivery) risk, and management of AFCT Program risks and issues
Being a trusted partner that engages constructively with delivery teams to ensure alignment across the AFCT delivery teams and workstreams
Providing program assurance knowledge and expertise to the AFCT program
Governing changes to program deliverables including delivery dates and the book of work
Ensuring uplift to the Financial Crime control environment is sustainable, through the assessment of the design and operating effectiveness of AFCT deliverables and providing guidance to the delivery teams on any uplift required
Performing targeted reviews of the AML/CTF control environment (e.g. KYC Quality Assurance)

Schedule: Full Time
Role Type: 24-Month Fixed Term
