Job Description:

If so, we are currently recruiting for a Quality System Coordinator to join our dynamic global Quality team. This position is permanent and can be based at one of our hubs in Slough, Dublin or Paris Boulogne. The role reports directly to the QMS Manager based in Paris Boulogne.
Ipsen is a fast-growing biopharmaceutical group specialising in the development of innovative medicines in oncology, neuroscience and rare diseases. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of patients through the search for new solutions to targeted disabling diseases. The External Manufacturing network has become a critically important part of Ipsen’s specialty care business due to a number of recent strategic acquisitions where products are supplied from CMOs.
As Quality System Coordinator you will provide QA support and maintenance of various Quality systems, metrics and documentation. You will ensure that effective GxP Quality systems are established, deployed and maintained to ensure compliance with regulations and readiness at all times
Your role will also include:
Change control coordination,
Documentation management, GMP training coordination
Quality KPI collection and reporting
Global Quality and internal audits preparation, participation and follow up
CMO annual performance evaluation coordination, audit plan definition, Quality agreement revision plan.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have a Masters degree in a Life Sciences discipline. 2-5 years’ hands-on experience gained in Quality Assurance in contract manufacturing environment or manufacturing site (Quality Assurance, Quality system, Production).
