Context of the job?
We are currently have 5 senior experts at a client site in Saudi Arabia and are in the process of reinforcing reenforcing the team with a Project Manager responsible for the overall client management.
The client is a national grid operator. The 5 experts cover the following domains: transformers, GIS, Underground cable, overhead lines, and protections. They hierarchically report to our Branch Manager and you will have a functional lead.

The selected candidate will join a team of 5 experts based in the client offices.
You will:
Collaborate with the client to solve their issues
Engage client Management and Staff to assess their approach
Analysis information and data to identify the problems faced by the client
Build jointly a solution to resolves the issues with the support of the company subject matters
Identify new needs and lead value proposals together with our Business Development team in the region.
Overseeing projects to address issues and needs
Report on project progress and deliverables
Make sure the project is a success over time
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction
Assure the project rentability in the short and medium term
Coordinate and optimize the workload of the 5 senior experts on site

We are looking for a Project Manager Grid eager to successfully develop the project.
More concretely, you have:
• A master degree (or equivalent) with a good general understanding of electrical assets
• Up to 5 years experiences in managing multiple projects
• A European experience, your either did your studies in Europe or have a professional experience at an European Grid operator.
• Problem-Solving skills and analytical thinking
• An ability to consider a technical problem in its broader context, with a keen awareness of economic and financial impacts.
• A no nonsens approach and you are rigorous
• Strong communication skills and able to engage people
• A natural business feeling (value creation, …)
• A natural leadership, inclusive and assertive
• A capacity to document and analyze with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word and excel)
• You are fluent in English
