As a Project Manager, you will lead all projects related to the PPG Benelux Let's Connect program. The program has been crafted to increase collaboration and efficiency across the different departments within the organisation.
The projects are focussed on initiatives to better work together and the enhancement of the PPG culture, including the use of IT systems, internal communication and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Bringing together the various stakeholders to work on common goals and the removal of so-called boulders.
• Proposing solutions and translating these into a project plan with a clear timeline, monitoring until completion.
• Leading and coaching the project team. Monitoring progress and direction.
• Initiate and monitor the communication towards the organization.
• Reporting on results.
Qualifications
• Strong project management skills.
• A good understanding of the business imperatives and culture.
• Awareness of new developments within and outside of the company, ability to address key stakeholders including those of the Management Team.
