The Banquets Hot Kitchen is responsible for production items Crown wide. In this role, you will assist the Executive Chef and the Executive Sous Chef in the daily operations of the banquets kitchen delivering products to over 30 outlets and catering for functions from 10 to 2000 guests.
The Banquets team is committed to delivering exceptional standards and outstanding service Crown wide.
What you need to succeed:
• Exposure in high volume events & conferencing or banqueting environment
• Effective leadership skills including the ability to train and mentor your team
• Demonstrated exceptional organizational, time management and delegation skills
• Strong business acumen to assist in the monitoring of food and labour costs
• Ability to rapidly adapt to change and lead team change processes as required
• Available to work a 24 hour rotating roster
• You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
