Please note this role is for a 12-month fixed term contract

Our Change Delivery Managers are accountable for the change projects/initiatives across our Contact Centres. This can be either leading a large-scale change or running with several smaller change initiatives in parallel. You will follow a Waterfall, Agile or DMAIC methodology depending on the type of change.

As our Change Delivery Manager you will be expected to work flexibly, which may mean undertaking analytical activity as well as change delivery. You will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and have a passion for balancing delivery at pace alongside successful embedding of change.

What you need to do

Follow internal change management process and use the tools available to create strategies which support the adoption of change.
Design implementation plans which encompass delivery and embedding of change, which include the delivery of communication and any required training.
Conduct impact assessments of change activity, liaising with all affected stakeholders, and undertake thorough operational readiness assessments to ensure the business is ready to receive the change.
Use RAID to identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation plans, track actions, issues and decisions and dependencies.
Integrate change management activities in to project plans to ensure communications, training, sponsor engagement, resistance management etc are all factored in.
Keep close to the heart of the Contact centre, ensuring there is a true understanding of the impact the changes will have on both our Advisors and customers.
Be accountable for the delivery of change activity following the guidance of PMO and the Change Manager where required.
Continually look to improve P3M3 standards, focussing on continuous improvement and development of a culture of shared learning.

What you need to know and show

Experience working across Change/Project/Programme/Portfolio/Continuous Improvement.
Well versed in different change and project methodologies (Prince, Lean, Agile), with supporting qualification desirable.
Experience of financial monitoring and control.
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrate commerciality and focus on driving bottom line improvement and hitting saving targets.
Highly literate, able to tailor messages to multiple audiences.
Ability to maintain pace and momentum on the change you are accountable for.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to engage and gain trust of colleagues across the group.
