The Vacancy
The successful candidate will report to the Billing Platform Squad Lead within Technology & Innovation Operations and will be responsible for coordination of incidents/changes/service requests, release planning and collaboration with projects in regard to CC&B (critical customer care & billing system). The successful candidate will be agile in nature, proactive in resolution of incidents, able to adapt to changing priorities, approachable and flexible.
