Job Description:
• Responsible for projects within the Executive Office
• Liaise with various government ministries and the private sector
• Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning activities and milestones
• Collecting and analyzing data associated with projects undertaken
• Being the contact person for various working groups
• Manage and produce project-related paperwork and all necessary materials
• Organize and up date the project member database/s
Circulate information to and from Office
• Office Management: implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies
• Organize, communicate and facilitate meetings and events
• Assist and undertake specific tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Education, Management or an equivalent degree or work experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and accomplish short and long term deadlines with a heavy workload
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
