Position Overview
As a result of the split of two business units we are expanding our teams at our Hexion Pernis NL site. This role is part of the expansion.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to ensure that assigned CAPEX and / or OPEX projects for Pernis are prepared and executed Safe within the agreed time and against agreed quality and budget.

Job Responsibilities
General:
• Develop and implement policies and procedures around projects.
HSE/Q:
• Accountable for compliance with all local HSE/Q policies and Hexion guidelines applicable to assigned projects.
Projects:
• Accountable for the delivery of assigned projects within budget and agreed time against the agreed quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications
• Technical background in Engineering;
• Background / experience in Project Management;
• Minimal 10 years experience in projects, preferable in an international environment and chemical- or engineering contracting industry;
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in Dutch and English.
Education Requirements
• Bachelor degree (i.e. HTS) or Master degree ( Technical University) Chemical/Mechanical
