About this role

This is a key role in transforming our service delivery operations by ensuring the changes we make are successfully embedded in the operational teams. As part of a major transformation programme, you will lead on developing change strategies, whilst ensuring the change is effectively managed during deployment. The change professional is critical to ensuring the business benefits are realised including cost efficiencies, service improvements and/or performance improvements.

In this exciting role you will develop sought after change management skills and you will be a member of a vibrant team that is well respected for their change management skills and expertise.
This is an ideal role for those who have a passion for and understand the principles of behavioural change management and are looking to progress their career in change management, project management and/or business improvement.

You'll have the following responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering change programmes across the service delivery operations teams
• End to end management of change engagement planning and embedding change initiatives within the impacted teams
• Working closely with the project delivery managers, ensure change engagement activities are included within the overall project delivery plan
• Responsible for managing programme risk by assessing impact to operational performance and ensuring change is successfully delivered
• Taking personal responsibility for key stakeholders at all levels; working closely with the operational sponsors to manage the relationships, ensuring the required changes are understood and adopted

• Accountable for delivering a compelling story about the change initiative, end states, and roadmap for all audiences
• Work closely with the project team to ensure the impacted operation teams are trained/briefed to prepare them effectively for the change, guiding the squad on materials / content as required
• Work closely with the continuous improvement team to identify and define opportunities to improve the way projects are managed.

You'll have the following skills & experience

• A change agent with experience of delivering change programmes in a fast-paced environment including process and people impacting change
• Can demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships with a range of senior stakeholders and to influence stakeholders to support the change agenda
• Ability to communicate complex problems / solutions in an articulate manner, using data to support your argument
• Ability to make effective decisions whilst working in complex and conflicting situations
• Strong ability to challenge, influence and negotiate at a senior level
• A Change Management practitioner with project management skills and operational knowledge would be preferable.
