Principal Responsibilities:
• Quality Lab management for personal care factory
• Management of consumables, instruments, key systems in the laboratory
• Managing a team of 8 analysts, assigning them daily tasks and follow up on their career development
• Working with suppliers to improve quality defect time loss due to raw and packaging materials
• Working with 3rd party suppliers to continue with our current certification of ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 22715 (certification & recertification) and explore new certifications
• Working on key Quality systems for daily production management, leading QMS program
• Leading Quality risk assessments for any new project coming to DPC
• Leading Lab Digital Transformation, leading Quality One Modules for the factory
Outputs / performance Metrics
• Quality defect time reduction as per the target
• Cost of Quality reduction (overtime and consumables) as per the aligned target
• Lab Systems improvement as per the target
• Zero incidents related to innovations
Key Competencies & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Laboratory management / Chemistry
• 5+ Years’ experience in FMCG Laboratory Management
• SAP QM
• ISO certification
• Laboratory Certification
• Digital Basics
• Experience in Handling Suppliers for Quality improvements
• Experience in Managing Quality management Systems
• Experience in digital transformation is a plus
