About the Role

Could you help us to continuously improve in terms of safeguarding people experiencing homelessness?
 
Quality Advisers help ensure St Mungo’s provides safe, high quality services to our clients. Responsibilities include:
Conducting robust audits of services.
Creating policies and procedures.
Facilitating Safeguarding & Professional Boundaries training.
Coordinating Stage 2 complaint investigations and responses.
Reviewing reports and actions from serious incidents.
Leading Best Practice Reviews (investigatory reviews into complex situations where something has gone wrong).

About you

We are looking for someone who:
Has exceptional prioritisation skills.
Is able to deliver high quality written work.
Is excellent at interacting with people.
Distils complex and detailed challenges into clear, concise and manageable situations.
