Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management in large scare programs similar in size and complexity to Accounts Upgrade
Minimum 5 years’ experience in of P&C / WCB Domain industry
Minimum 5 years of experience in the development/implementation and advice of project management processes ,guidelines, standards, techniques , and best practices
Minimum 5 years of experience in delivery of programs within a Public Sector environment
Minimum 5 years of experience in the management of a cross functional team of both business and technical resources
Knowledge of best practices and processes related to the delivery of waterfall and agile methodologies
Strong leadership and management skills
Experienced in innovative problem solving
Current knowledge of latest developments and leading practices in program management i.e knowledge of PMBOK Guide and familiar with best practices in other industries ,sectors or jurisdictions related to program management methodologies
Nice to have
Knowledge of Guidewire or GW certifications (PC & BC)
Experience with a GW Cloud Migration
Experience managing multiples partners/ complexity
Experience managing off-shore teams
Strong QA background
