The opportunity

Project: We are currently looking for a Change Manager (within the PMO Project Controls Team) to work for a client based in Plymouth. This role may offer some flexible working but Ideally we are looking for someone to work on site from time to time. This is a highly secure site so will require SC Clearence (ideally a UK national for 5 years). 
 
The role will be supporting a client programme across a range of projects.

The change manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and controlling the baseline change control process for the project. Proactive management of change is essential to ensure that quality-assured change process is administered and approved in a timely manner to ensure robust cost and time integration.
The Trend and Change Manager is to work closely with both the business and client to identify key changes that need to be made. Experienced individuals who can contribute to the debate; who aren’t afraid to ask questions and can translate ideas into practical and achievable solutions for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Responsible for assessing, managing and developing change management activities including analysis and engagement
Ensure strong links between trend and change management and risk
Manage and support projects from commencement through to implementation
Analyse each project highlighting any areas of change to the project and assess the change impact
Ensure a strong line of communication between the business and the stakeholders
Minimum 5+  years’ experience in a similar position using change management processes and tools
Relevant qualifications in change management (ACMF, MSP Practitioner or APMG - Change Management)
Background working with large organisations in their global change and transformation projects

Strong communication skills with the ability to present information and communicate to individuals at all levels of an organisation • Outstanding organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and timelines
