Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to collaboratively work alongside the Highways England Quality & Performance Team and the AD Community to deliver the CPF metrics data to ensure and better compliance of the Area 9 Contract, across all teams, including Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Delivery, Commercial, EDI & Sustainability. To be a key attendee and contributor at AD Community and Client led events and will share CPF measures and best practice to enhance the service throughout Area 9. To be the owner of the HELMA toolkit.

Main Responsibility

You will be supporting the General Manager with the strategic direction and accountability of the M&R Collaborative Process Model/  You will be the implementation owner of the Contractor Defined Quality Management Process and the Standard Defined Quality Management Process and implementation owner for the Client Defined Process for Performance Management aligned to Annex 17.  You will be collating and reporting of CPF requirements and be the owner of the NCR Register & Corrective Action Plans and manage the internal audit programme (Responsible for the Annex 18 (Continual Improvement) & Annex 19 (Records) Procedures.  You will collaborate and work alongside the Mobilisation Manager and team to fully implement the Annex 16 requirements of the contract through to Service Manager acceptance.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally you will have a HND/HNC/BTEC (or equivalent)/Degree Level/Member of Professional Body and have Lean/TRIZ.
Ideal: Highways sector experience, highways England experience with project management and some form of technical experience.
Necessary: You will come from a Financial/Commercial, have knowledge of Health & Safety and be customer focused.
