About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced person to join the Service Development and Innovation Team which is focused on the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health system. The Royal Commission handed down its final report in March 2021 along with 65 recommendations. Whilst changes will take place over a long period of time, one of the initial priorities is to commence forming and working in partnership with Non-Government Organisations (NGO) to provide wellbeing services.

Key Responsibilities

Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with potential partners of Local Mental Health and Wellbeing Services, Headspace and the Infant, Child and Family Hubs
Establishing relationships with potential wellbeing partners across the whole of Grampians Mental Health and Wellbeing Service region
Building on existing relationships
Developing change management plans for the priorities stated in the transformation plan
Evaluating the impact of planned organisational change across the Grampians Mental Health and Wellbeing Service
Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation strategies
