Accountabilities

(S) Responsible to drive OHSA and EHS to compliance with applicable corporate- and local country legislation
(P) Accountable to Develop ME Organization cooperating with individuals impacted by manufacturing processes in operations. This includes maintaining a healthy Regional Talent matrix in cooperation with human resources.
(P) Responsible to Work in close collaboration with key stakeholders to prioritize projects,
(P) Responsible to Work with R&D for the strategic Investments definition through XPD Process for defining the best manufacturing process
(C) Consulted to Ensure Products related initiatives (XPD/Localization/VAVE/VOD/SKUs red.) are managed according to corporate standards.
(S) Responsible to Identify Process Eng talents across the Region and developing an integrated Manufacturing Excellence network that can support Regional growth.
(S) Responsible to define and execute manufacturing digital transformation implementing I4.0 to improve our performance and lower cost.
(C) Cooperate with Local teams to ensure manufacturing equipment and software are modified and maintained to ensure functionality, and competitive advantage and avoid/mitigate supply chain issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Leveraging the Capital assigned to the area of competence Identify the optimum technical solutions to ensure processes are fully compliant with applicable corporate and local legislation, while aiming to the lowest possible manufacturing cost

Cooperate with local Manufacturing Engineering Teams to develop manufacturing processes that are ensuring a competitive advantage from the early stages of the new product development process.

Write and Maintain talent matrix for MFE and contribute to developing a succession plan for the team.

Timely CapEx management for being sure investments are on time and as per approved budget.

Provide proper technical support in utilizing and improving corporate standards related to product’ projects.

Verify routings and BOM in ERP system are representative of the manufacturing processes and act to align them.

Managing Industry 4.0 Deployment and support Conversion Costs Optimization.

Education and/or Experience

4-year college degree with a major in a degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or affiliated field would be preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ manufacturing systems experience.
Experience in Automation Engineering and/or Systems Engineering preferred.
Program/project management experience preferred.
Working knowledge and demonstrated application of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Ability to coach key skills including, but not limited to project management, Root Cause Analysis techniques, Manufacturing Guidelines, and Standards, Process Control, etc.
Ability to effectively manage project development and engineering teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
Ability to lead and function collaboratively in a team environment, while effectively communicating across various levels of the organization.
The position requires strong collaborative, communication, and change management skills.

Work with businesses and leaders across the organization to proactively identify, prioritize, facilitate and lead management improvement initiatives.
Develop close cooperation and full alignment with the ISC team and Corporate/ISC initiatives and priorities
