Food Safety Manager, Lords Cricket Ground, London, UK
Contract type: 12 Month Fixed Term
Salary dependent on skills and experience
The successful candidate will support the Catering team in managing Food Safety duties, particularly allergens, nutritional information, and daily HACCP records, as well as to meet all current legislation and customer requirements by managing the internal audits programme, maintaining product specifications across all customers, and ensuring day-to-day compliance of food production and process documentation against these specifications.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Food Science / Technology (or related discipline) qualification (or equivalent)
At least 2 years technical experience working for a catering/food production company
Knowledge of relevant food safety legislation, HACCP and quality standards
Minimum Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification
Formal qualification in HACCP to Level 3
Demonstrable experience in conduct and management of Internal Audits
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, accurate and precise with demonstrable attention to detail.
IT literate in Microsoft applications and ideally experience of using food procurement/management software systems.
