As demand for our services and solutions continues to increase, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Manager, (GMP Quality Assurance) to join our Canadian team.
The Role:
This role requires a strong background in GMP; you will be responsible for all quality duties to support G&L’s growing client base, including agency and client inspections, working on Standard Operating Procedures, drafting quality agreements, product disposition etc.
Duties include:
Prioritizing and completing multiple projects within the established time frames, to set budgets.
Managing multiple client projects, ensuring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preparing for, assisting in, and leading agency and client audits.
Acting as G&L’s quality representative for clients, responding to customer queries and concerns.
Maintaining product and client files.
Participating in client meetings and teleconferences.
Attending conferences as an ambassador for G&L.
Maintaining current GMP knowledge.
Candidate Requirements:
A Life Science degree (e.g. BSc, MSc).
Typically 8-10 years of relevant experience in a quality role.
Comprehensive experience in Quality including knowledge of current GMP/GCP in Canada, USA, Europe and around the world.
Good knowledge of ICH, US CFR’s and Canadian legislation and regulatory guidance.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational and planning skills, and effective presentation skills to a variety of audiences.
