Job Description

Forcen is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Manufacturing department. Reporting to the Manufacturing  Manager, the Supply Chain coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory, managing supply sources, and purchasing materials and services to support manufacturing and anticipated demand. The Supply Chain Coordinator will develop sophisticated inventory management processes, protocols, and practices to ensure adequate redundancy to support growth and demand spikes; introduce improvements and upgrades; and ensure alignment with scheduling and logistics.

Responsibilities

- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement efficient control procedures to ensure optimal stock for production.
- Generate accurate labels for shipping materials and products, coordinating with logistics partners for timely transportation.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, addressing discrepancies or issues in collaboration with the quality control team.
- Utilize Procurify procurement software or similar tools to upload and manage invoices efficiently, collaborating with the finance department for timely processing.
- Work closely with the production and finance team to forecast demand, analyze historical data, and make informed inventory decisions.
- Prepare customs paperwork for shipments.

Qualifications

- Possess a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Have proven experience in supply chain coordination, inventory management, or a related role.
- Familiarity with procurement software, such as Procurify, is a plus.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Showcase adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering department, operations, and finance.
