At Jacobs, we push the limits of what’s possible to make the world smarter and more connected. As part of our on-going collaboration with key clients in KSA and our ambitious growth plans, our water team is expanding, and we welcome the opportunity to add further talent to Jacobs.
As a senior member of our team, you could be working on water and/or wastewater treatment projects (industrial and domestic wastewater). The right candidate will be given the opportunity to lead multi-disciplinary design teams providing leadership and technical input to a variety of phases of projects from feasibility, master planning, concept design right through the delivery life cycle process including preliminary and detailed design, Contract document preparation through to governance of design quality and scope compliance in construction.

About you

You will be degree qualified from a recognized University in an appropriate field such as, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, you will have 25 experience with the water/wastewater industry.
• Proven Experience in operation and maintenance of water infrastructure
• Asset management experience in developing frameworks
• Excellent and proven track record in project management
• Proven experience in facilitating teams, workshops to achieve workshop’s objective

• Proven assets risk management experience
• Good working knowledge with planning and rehabilitation of water infrastructure
• Excellent skills in preparing and review RFPs on different areas within the water business. All-round experience is essential
• Experience with privatization of wastewater assets
• Good knowledge of wastewater treatment plants process management systems
Experience of working within KSA and with NWC is advantageous as well as being a qualified member of a recognized institution or organization (to include but not necessarily be limited to APM, ICE, RICS, CIOB, AIA, RIBA).
