The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible to execute all QA and HSE program to establish, promote and sustain Quality standard and Safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work with Regional and interdepartmental stakeholders to conceptualize and implement quality and safety improvements for Ninja Van Singapore’s operations.
• Conduct audits on Ninja Van Singapore’s operations to ensure compliance to in-house and ISO standards.
• Perform periodic reviews and revision of Ninja Van Singapore’s SOPs, Manuals and ISO documentations.
• Perform housekeeping of all the QA and HSE related databases for recurring external audits.
• Conduct awareness programs for QA and HSE related subjects and revised procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Quality Assurance Manager

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of project management or operations experience, preferably in logistics/supply chain industry.
• Degree or equivalent in any field.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, quick thinking and resourceful to resolve challenges and issues.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data.
• Strong excel and SQL skills to extract and analyse data.
• Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking), ideally coupled with fluency in a second local language.
• Licensed Safety Officer will be an advantage.
