Vacancy: project manager, London, UK

Vacancy: project manager, London, UK
innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We’re proud to call ourselves Europe’s favourite little healthy drinks company, but we’re still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.

what you'll be doing

New drinks, new countries, new drinkers and a shiny new factory. Here at innocent we’re going through an exciting period of growth with drinkers in more places and countries than ever before. All of this large-scale transformation is key to innocent’s future success as we continue our quest to create the earth's favourite little healthy drinks company.

To support us in this journey we are looking for a project manager to join Business Operations, supporting the ongoing projects helping us deliver our roadmap to ensure technology is part of innocent’s culture and that we make it easy for our people to work smart.

You’ll be responsible for leading temporary project teams that bring together expertise across the business, along with third parties, to find the right technology solutions for innocent and to bring them to life. As part of the project team hub within Business Operations, you’ll also be part of the project management support delivering our roadmaps in the Finance & Supply Chain and Data & Analytics platforms.

From the initial ideas right through planning, building, testing, go-live, business handover and project closure, you’ll be making sure we hit our milestones, manage our risks and issues, navigate around unplanned changes and keep our stakeholders informed. And deliver great results that make everyone’s working lives that bit easier.

you'll have

• Experience in leading projects or large work packages through the full project life cycle and have successfully delivered a SAAS project.
• Understanding of and can confidently use standard project methodology, process and frameworks.
• A track record of planning and executing successful change by designing, creating, and maintaining detailed project documentation.
• Exceptional people leadership skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to create high-performing temporary teams and motivate them to success.
• Confidence and proactivity in building relationships across all levels of the business to engage stakeholders from the outset and ensure we’re always meeting key business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to flex your natural style to appropriately keep stakeholders and the business-at-large informed appropriately.
• A strategic mindset, able to consistently assess and balance project priorities and business need to make the best choices and recommendations throughout your projects.
• Experience working with third parties and favouring an approach to build long-term relationships to get the best results.
• It would really be the icing on the cake if you have experience working with SaaS, Microsoft cloud applications or D365.

you'll get

• To be at the heart of our exciting project roadmap, influencing our technology choices as we continue our transformation across multiple entities.
• The opportunity to continue developing your project management and people leadership skills, delivering far-reaching change across the business.
• Ongoing variety in your work and delivery teams as you get the chance to work with many different parts of the business
• To be part of a dedicated project management team within Business Operations.
As well as the standard stuff you get for turning up for work, we have some great clubs, a free breakfast and as many smoothies as you can shake a stick at.

If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you. You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close soon.

Dolly Parton may have worked Nine to Five but you don't have to. We're open to a chat about flexible working. No promises, but we reckon that if it's good for you, then it's good for us.

We're all about building a workplace for the future here at innocent, we believe in equal opportunities and we celebrate diversity. We’re an inclusive workplace, where everyone is welcome, everyone can be natural, and be the best versions of themselves.

You’ll help us to keep doing business the right way - keeping innocent an inclusive and inspiring place to work, using our B Corp status to inspire wider change, and reinforcing our culture of staying little as we grow big.
