In this position you will be part of the PAS Group. The PAS Group operates internationally, yet the team has a very personal feel. When projects are not standard, that’s where we come in. In this project you will manage and support your Project Team and you will work on a large account for approximately 10-12 months. All of our Project Managers still love technology and innovation. Besides this you will collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering and Technical Support colleagues to help design and engineer project proposals that accurately address customer needs. You will report to the PAS Solutions Director.
What are your challenges?
•Co-ordinating cross-functional project teams with direction and vision to deliver new products and solutions to agreed project goals
•Deliver and manage single or multiple projects simultaneously
•Develop and manage project financial budgets.
•Produce task estimates, project plans and forecasts based upon input from the project team and business stakeholders.
•Manage, coordinate and communicate with project internal and external stakeholders / team members.
•Work within a quality framework, including product development procedures
What do you need to be successful in this role?
•The ability to lead, inspire and motivate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver our common goals.
•Have a curious nature.
•Proven project management skills (15 years) in preferably a manufacturing / product development environmentwithin a quality framework, including product development procedures.
•Understand the key project drivers (time, cost, quality, and scope) and use good judgement in balancing off these factors to achieve project goals.
•Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate to a diverse, cross-functional, multi-level audience.
•Business Acumen: understand business dynamics and financial impacts and able to challenge and develop projects and business cases.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch, and appreciation of global cultures.
• Willingness to travel (when allowed).
Great to have:
•At least a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
•Experience outside your main educational area, obtained by hands-on experience.
•Proven record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable role.
