Bumble is looking for a motivated Planning Coordinator to join the quickly growing Member Safety team under the Planning & Operations function. This role will support program management and facilitate project execution with the internal, cross-functional team.

Safety is embedded in Bumble Inc.’s mission of creating a world where all relationships are healthy and equitable. Member Safety is the centralised and dedicated team focused on:
• Preventing safety incidents and harmful content
• Providing a trauma-informed, empathetic response to members
• Developing policies and standards that govern and adjudicate responsible, safe, inclusive, and respectful behaviour and content across all Bumble Inc. platforms
This role will be based in the UK or US, reporting to the Safety Planning Lead.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Prepare and maintain regular progress updates in a timely manner.
• Develop and communicate clear takeaways and recommendations from complex information and interactions with stakeholders.
• Facilitate administrative duties such as scheduling and project documentation.
• Manage requests with other teams including Finance and Accounting, Legal, Creative, Marketing, and Comms.
• Execute operational tasks independently with minimal guidance.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of audiences; present and share information and files in a structured and consistent manner.
EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Project management experience.
• Fluency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach to problem solving.
• Experience working closely with a safety-related function is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.
