About The Role:

The Senior Project Manager’s primary responsibility will be the delivery of high-quality implementation projects. The Senior Project Manager, together with a dedicated team of resources, manages a portfolio of implementation projects, and has accountability for actively managing project scope, resourcing, risk factors, budget, and supply’s adequate and accurate visibility of project status to client and internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Project Management:

• Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Effectively apply our methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepare for engagement reviews.
• Track and minimize our exposure and risk on project.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Coordinate with Kyriba teams (Product, Client Services, and Sales) to manage client issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Maintain 90% utilization rate.
• Project Accounting
• Track and approve project hours on a weekly basis.
• Manage project budget.

Communication:

• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Facilitate effective team and client meetings.
• Conduct regular status meetings with project team.
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to internal management.
• Establish trust and credibility with clients by accurately and proactively following up on project items.
• Produce high-quality project documentation.

Functional Expertise:

Possess a working understanding of Kyriba modules capabilities and constraints, including the following:
• Core Data
• Connectivity
• Core Cash Management
• General Ledger Posting/Reconciliation
• Payments
• Financial Transactions
• Bank Account Administration
• System Administration
• Data Exchange

Client Management:

• Manage day-to-day client interaction.
• Effectively set and manage client expectations.
• Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Team Development
• Consistently acknowledge contributions by team members.
• Effectively utilize each team member to their fullest potential.
• Motivate team to work together in the most efficient manner.
• Track lessons learned and share those lessons with team members.
• Mitigate team conflict and communication problems.

Project Management Development:

• Seek and participate in development opportunities above and beyond standard Kyriba training.
• Train other project team members through both formal and informal training programs.
• Strengthen quality of Kyriba project management by developing and improving internal project collateral and/or processes as needed.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Baccalaureate or Graduate degrees in Business or Finance or relevant work experience.
• PMP or CTP certification a plus.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Evidence of previous successful project/customer management experience.
• Knowledge of corporate treasury needs and requirements and how they are best supported by Kyriba products or technology
• Skilled at: asking key questions that helps clients to discover their needs; building trust by communicating effectively with clients about status and issues; developing and presenting convincing recommendations that address key client objectives; setting appropriate expectations with client and managing them throughout the project life cycle.
• Excellent time management skills as multiple clients and projects will be managed simultaneously.
• Capability to work with teams in multiple countries, across time zones.
• Up to 25% travel required.
