What will you be doing working as a Quality Assurance Coordinator for Huisman?
As Quality Assurance Coordinator, you are responsible for implementing, executing and monitoring the Quality Assurance policy at Huisman Schiedam. As a local QA responsible contact you frequently have contact with discipline manager within the Huisman organization.
• Carry out quality, safety and environmental audits and prepare reports;
• Visit suppliers for quality audits;
• Accompany clients or certified institutions during audits;
• Interpretation of Sales requirements;
• Develop planning for internal/external auditor teams
• Carry out quality risk analyses of project processes
• Monitor the use of NCRs (Non Conformity Reports) and follow them up with preventative and corrective measures

Ideally you are:
• Able to enjoy working with multiple deadlines at the same time;
• An Independent worker and a self-motivator;
• Engineer to order environment is a priority
• Proactive and Persuasiveness;
• Experience with supplier’s audits is priority
• Result and client orientated.
To conclude, some practical things we need you to have:
• An EU passport / valid work permit for the Netherlands;
• A practical disposition and a good command of the English and Dutch language verbally and in writing;
• Familiarization with ISO 45001 would be beneficial
