The Compliance Change Team is a global function which provides Project Management services to the Compliance department. Compliance Change Managers work on major global change projects aligned to the Strategic Change profile of Compliance. You will be responsible for the delivery of large scale high priority project initiatives across Compliance delivering enhanced operational efficiencies and cross functional integration.

Your key responsibilities
• Managing the delivery of large-scale Compliance business initiatives and regulatory programmes in line with the Bank’s regulatory obligations and commitments
• Building strong long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Chief Administrative Office and Front Office
• Maintaining an up to date awareness of the relevant regulatory environment & the impact on various business / infrastructure activities
• Producing management information as required by program sponsors and program governance
• Driving the adoption of Project Management Office processes across the Compliance Change book of work and act as a role model for junior team members through the maintenance of strong project management disciplines within all projects
Your skills and experience
• Good understanding of the global regulatory environment and ability to communicate this effectively to the business. Knowledge of German regulations would be an additional benefit.
• Strong generalist regulatory experience from within the financial services industry
• Experience of managing large, complex programmes for global organisations preferably within a regulatory environment
• Ability to take over inflight programmes and drive agreed deliverables as per the pre-determined specifications
• Strong change management capabilities with experience in both tactical and strategic programs, and an ability to efficiently transition across topics and disciplines
