We are looking for a
Quality Officer (m/f) (one year contract - full time)
for our Netherlands team in Utrecht
Your tasks:
• Ensure that all processes, from suppliers to production to shops, meet all quality control requirements (food safety, temperature, cleanliness, etc.)
• Implement HACCP standards and methods and follow them daily
• Cooperate with production teams, the head of operations and the international quality control department
• Support teams when introducing new products or opening production units / central kitchens
• Conduct internal audits and training
• Organize and implement hygiene audits and sample control
Your profile:
• You must have a first experience in food safety, ideally in an industrial environment for food production
• You can work some night shifts and during the weekends
• You have knowledge of labelling (legal obligations etc.)
• You master HACCP systems and regulations related to quality
• You have already set up and documented processes
• Experience with IFS or BRC audits would be a plus
• You have a correct level of English, and do not fear exchanges in Visio or by phone in this language
• You are reliable, precise, but also able to work well in a team. You have good communication skills both written and oral
