In this role, you have the opportunity to
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a small, dynamic Quality team and manage Quality Management System (QMS) integration projects at Clinical Data Services (CDS) ensuring they are on time within budget and within scope. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected leading and directing the work of others. You will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
You are responsible for
• Leading program teams to deliver project results per the Quality Management System integration strategy.
• Collaborate with other integration workstreams to drive project deliverables.
• Utilize escalation channels for resolution of critical issues.
• Mobilize and lead people, manage resources and budget to deliver on project targets.
• Establish solid communication to global stakeholders for a maximum of transparency.
• Prioritize team activities in collaboration with Quality management.
• Execute Quality Management System strategy to ensure consistent, standardized execution of Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF) processes.
You are a part of
A newly formed business unit which is part of the Connected Care cluster at Philips. You will join a small team of passionate leaders working on integrating the QMS of a recently acquired organization. This team will ensure quality compliance along with alignment to business priorities and Philips-wide initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain operations, business process design, quality management or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Project and Change management leading teams and delivering on organizational objectives.
• 3+ years of experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or other regulated industry.
• Solid understanding of how quality management systems function end-to-end to manage integration and maintain business continuity.
• Leader - Must be able to garner respect and trust from his/her team.
• Attitude of empowerment - Must be able to lead a team to self-organization.
• Attitude of transparency - Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about developments and grow business trust.
• Communicative and social - Must be able to communicate well with individuals and teams, locally and remotely on a global-scale.
