Role profile:

Reporting into the Head of People Integration and Transition, this individual will support the LSEG People function to develop a compelling change narrative, enablement plan and interventions for both HR employees and end-users of HR to drive behavioural change and transformation, and to actively measure the impact of any change.
This role will be based in London will be a fixed term contract for 12 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the Head of People Integration and Transition to agree a change management approach and strategy for the people transformation programme
• Define and plan the approach to change impact analysis
• Support the workstream leads / programme managers to analyse the change impact by persona across the people function transformation
• Define and manage the overall change management plan (including communications and stakeholder management)

• Agree an overall communications/stakeholder engagement plan with internal comms to ensure that the business understands how it will be impacted by any change
• Highlight potential areas of change resistance and work with workstream leads and internal comms to mitigate and overcome barriers to change
• Track effectiveness of change management interventions, for example by implementing and managing a network of change agents, running change pulse surveys and change forums

• Upskill the people function with change management tools, methods and best practice
• Review and update the defined change approach as required
• Provide progress reporting on change activities and RAID logs to ensure alignment across the people function transformation programme

CANDIDATE PROFILE & KEY SKILLS:

• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies across a portfolio of complex transformation programmes.
• Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and or system implementations

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
• Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to execute effective working interactions with senior management and below
• Knowledge and familiarity with how organisations work and how decisions are taken within organisation
