About the role:
The role aims to provide high-level support and coordination for the MD within various educational projects undertaken by the Foundation, and as deemed appropriate by the LM.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create an executive plan for each project, based on the evaluation of the team’s capabilities and available resources.
• Develop clear, straightforward plans that motivate the team members to reach their full potential and achieve the final goal.
• Define a sequential schedule of activities with a reasonable estimation of each activity’s duration and maintain it.
• Prepare a cost estimate for projects, meeting the stakeholders’ expectations, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Identify, analyse, and manage potential risks before the project kicks off to avoid them or minimise their impact.
• Evaluate the projects’ impact via qualitative data from external and internal stakeholders and suggest advancement actions.
• Maintain proper documentation of all project-related data like daily activities, deliverables, and expenditures.
• Analyse the data and present comprehensive reports.
• Foster and cultivate various outreach communications, events, and partnerships.
About the person:
• Project Management experience is necessary
• Bilingual is preferred (English & Arabic)
