As a Change management Partner,

you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and smooth adoption by Criteo employees of changes resulting from the diverse Transformation strategic projects and initiatives. You will act as change management expert, leading change efforts leveraging Criteo Change Model methodology and guidelines. You will provide support to Project Managers and Business Partners in integrating change management activities into their project plans. In this context, you will be working with various teams located in all regions on many strategic projects such as: Product Releases with Product Marketing teams, Hybrid Work Model with Workplace and RH teams, new location opening (mini-hubs), Transformation Portal, any M&A and possibly other transformational projects. You will report to the Senior Change Management Lead.

What you will do

• Build change management project plans for each project you follow in order to ensure on time execution of the deliverables
• Ensure and take into account the employee experience when building the change management plans, liaising with HR Team Project Managers when needed.
• Ensure regular reporting to management and raise any risks and roadblocks to your manager
• Organize and prepare meetings with key project and change management stakeholders, ensure all information is available and make sure decisions, next steps and actions are clear for everyone involved

• Maintain the Transformation Portal (internal only), and update with relevant and key information, ensuring the proper communication plan.
• Perform impact assessment to identify changes on people, processes, tools, data of a dedicated project, raising the associated risks of change implementation and mitigation plans with relevant teams/stakeholders
• Design dedicated Communication Strategy in partnership with the Internal Communications team, including identifying stakeholders, key messages, dedicated channels, etc

• Facilitate the implementation of change as per the impact assessment previously performed: Identify new skills & behaviors required, redesign jobs, roles & org, develop talents & skills. Ensure that relevant teams and stakeholders responsible of implementing change follow-up and execute the action plan.
• Support implementation period (define training strategy, plan open hours to support employees)
• Measure the success/impact of change management and specifically overall adoption of changes by employees

Who You Are

• Business/management or communication school
• 5+ years of experience with participating or leading organizational changes, process, tools or any key/transformational change initiatives within a fast moving environment
• Knowledge of change management tools and methodologies
• Excellent Project management skills, organization (multi-tasking) and time management

• Experience in using and maintaining Sharepoint portals
• Good knowledge of Office Tools: Exceland PowerPoint mainly
• English native or fully fluent English (spoken and written)
• Excellent writing skills in English
• Dynamic profile with drive, pro-activity and strong interpersonal skills
• Team player and willingness to learn
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills, including with senior leadership
• Able to work effectively across functions/teams/geographies
