Job Summary and Qualifications
As the Food Services Supervisor, you will assist with daily management of staff functions including but not limited to workflow, call-in, scheduling and quality process within the department. As the Supervisor, you will lead and direct the work of others by setting high performance standards and delivering quality services.
• You will directly supervise staff in kitchen and cafeteria
• You will ensure the safe, sanitary and efficient delivery of meals to all customers
• You will help maintain staff schedules
• You will provide patient and employee rounding and respond in a timely manner to requests
• You will be responsible for staff training, development and coaching
• You will reward and recognize staff for individual and team successes
What qualifications you will need:
• High School Graduate / GED
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager, or Food Handlers Permit must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
