Position Summary

Lead NP business in an assigned region, implement business and category strategies and Manage the route to market partners to deliver on business targets, in line with Nestle leadership principles.

A day in the life of...

• Lead NP business in an assigned region, implement business and category strategies and Manage the route to market partners to deliver on business targets, in line with Nestle leadership principles.
• Develop and Build their Key Drivers in their country OMP. Ensure execution by conducting the MOR
• Responsible to achieve their sales targets and meet the set budgets.
• Lead, coach, give regular feedback and recognize their teams efforts and results (direct and also distributor teams).
• Support with building key customer relationship for sustainable business growth, conducting JBP. Implement effective spend strategy, optimizing leads generation process via trade shows, telesales, direct contact, etc..

• Compliance to internal SOP's and processes. Review policies annually to make sure they are still valid.
• Identify areas of opportunity and potential for improvement for the business. Optimize the sales and service structure in the geography.

What will make you successful

• More than 3 years in business operations, preferably in the Out of Home environment.
• Strong experience in Sales or marketing. Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams, creating a high performance culture.
• Has coordination experience in NiM environment and working in a matrix organization with the ability to influence others.

• Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, hygiene in the F&B industry.
• University Degree in Business (Administration, Marketing, Management)
• Excellent skills in Microsoft (SAP is a plus)
