Job Details:
Come Join our Food Safety Quality Assurance TEAM at Tyson Waterloo and earn up to a $5,000 bonus!
After 1 month (30 days) of employment receive $1,000
After 3 months (90 days) of employment receive $1,500
After 6 months (180 days) of employment you receive $2,500
* Must successfully complete the above time increments to be eligible
SUMMARY:
This job is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards of products produced. Other responsibilities include: production paperwork verification; production floor checks; performing GMP and housekeeping audits; responsible for Team Member food safety training. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities evaluating results coordinating with others. This position is responsible for food safety food quality and legality.

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor s degree preferred.
Experience:
2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment production of meat toppings preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP USDA GMP SSOPs. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for creating simple queries spreadsheets etc. SAP knowledge preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a small group of personnel who perform somewhat similar tasks.
This position works approximate hours of 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
