A client is looking to recruit a Food, Health & Safety Manger to be based at their site in London. This will be looking after the Catering and Reception Teams and areas also. This is a very high profile client and a very corporate environment
There are around 180 team members within these two departments and as part of the job role, you would need keep all legislation and changes within H & S and Food Safety up to date. You will be required to complete some onsite training to ensure everyone is compliant as this role is to help the team by guiding and coaching them as well as assisting on the online training
You will need to hold the following
A formal Food Safety Qualification - The Food Safety Manager Certification Examination (FSMCE) accredited under exam standards set by the Conference of Food Protection (CFP) or similar
IOSH and L4 Food Safety also appropriate.
To be considered for this role
*Provide professional food safety, health & safety and related support as required.
*Responsible for developing, engaging and rolling out safety initiatives and information to meet the company, clients’ and customers’ expectations.
*Complete regular food safety audits and action plans designed to improve food safety performance.
*Develop a positive safety culture.
*Management and support of aid changes to food legislation or company policy implementation
*Ensuring all risk assessments, training and due diligence is up to date and all legislation correct and available for external audits at any given time
