YOUR MAIN FUNCTIONS
• Reporting to the manager of the Services team at the Product Development Centre, the Project Leader, Continuous Improvement will be responsible for continuous improvement projects in support of product development:
• Collect, clarify and analyze the needs of the R&D teams
• Plan and lead workshops with stakeholders
• Identify potential improvements and calculate the return on investment
• Prepare business cases to justify and prioritize projects
Collaborate with the programming team on solution development
• Oversee the development and validation of specifications
• Support the creation of training materials
• Act as the liaison for the engineering and R&D teams’ improvement needs
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• University degree and/or experience relevant to the position
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• Keen interest in technological solutions
• Ability to influence, challenge and persuade colleagues
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
Ability to manage change and its impacts
• Ability to gather, synthesize and clearly communicate information
• Open, empathetic and positive personality
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and French
