The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Team Coordinator to join our Own Brand function at this notable period of growth. You will support the Technical team with Data analysis and tracking of compliance tasks in relation to all compliance data.
You will take ownership and publication of reports for Technical teams to include complaints, audits, EHO, product withdrawals, incident investigations, spec compliance and you will track compliance against tasks and flag exceptions to the Senior Manager to drive continuous improvement and drive performance and improve MI.

You will manage & track technical business plan projects using project management principles and you will work cross functionally to integrate our data to provide scorecards for performance. You will be required to understand our data & reporting such that data can be easily articulated to all audiences and enable the teams to be data driven. It would be great if you understood basic food safety, as well as worked with oracle product life cycle systems or have worked in roles with product specifications.

• Strong organisational skills
• Data analysis skills including Sap/Excel/retail link and BI reporting.
• Power point and excel knowledge.
• Stakeholder management/relationship building.
• Cross functional working
• Strong communication skills.
