£38000 - £40000 per annum + performance related bonus
We are currently recruiting a passionate and experienced Health & Safety Manager for our client based in London.
Working for a leading contract caterer, this role will be encompassing Food Safety as well as Health & Safety for the site.
In this role as a Health & Safety Manager, you will be experienced not only in Health & Safety but in Food Safety as well. You will be responsible for driving and enforcing a Health & Safety agenda whilst building relationships and supporting the operations team.
With your experience and knowledge, you will advise, guide and support on all matters related to Food Safety and Health & Safety. You will diligent about recording and processing reports, proactive in implementing safety initiatives and take the lead on audits and investigations.
In addition, you will be actively involved in training and ensuring all employees are compliant and up to date.
Our ideal candidate would
-Be an experienced Health & Safety/Food Safety Manager with a proven career history
-Have experience within a Lead Regional Safety role or similar
-Hold minimum qualification of a NEBOSH certificate and Food Safety Level 4
-Have exceptional communication and organizational skills
-Have a clear understanding of implementing and driving a safety culture
-Have exceptional problem solving skills with the ability to think rationally and clearly
-Have attention to detail with an analytical approach
-Preferable experience of working in the catering sector
