The Position:
You will be responsible for ensuring product change management methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes. Thus, minimizing the impact of change-related Incidents and consequently to improve the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Within this position you will be responsible for communication and execution of objectives to direct reports.
While being accountable for the prioritization of own and direct reports workload to ensure business needs are met and to ensure that any issue around product set up and change orders are communicated and escalated to the relevant management.
You will be responsible for ensuring direct reports follow all published procedures and/or work instructions and day to day duties are executed to SLAs. As well as ensuring training and tools are sufficient for direct reports successful completion of day-to-day job duties.
You will work to create and implement product change management strategies and plans that maximize automation, scalability, adoption, usage and minimize resistance, as well as track and report issues.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer care skills with the ability to identify internal and external customer`s requirements and to recognize whether these can be effectively met through the resources, timescales, and skills available.
Additional key skills include problem solving and root case identification skills, exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and active listening skills.
You should have the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and establish and maintain strong relationships.
You should be Degree educated or equivalent experience within document control or change management. Have 2 to 5 years Agile PLM - Oracle ebs/PIM application experience.
Having 3 to 5 years change management experience and 3 to 5 years managerial or supervisory experience is required for this role.
