Role Summary:

The Project Manager provides key support for all projects within a healthcare marketing agency. They are responsible for following agency process from project initiation to final delivery, are proactive in managing tasks while still being a team player, and help the Company deliver on client expectations.

This position is a 3-month internship opportunity. Project Managers who prove interest and aptitude within the role have the opportunity to join the company as part-time or full-time Project Managers after completion of the internship.

Responsibilities / Responsabilités


Principal Responsibilities

Support the Account Supervisor in managing all of the Client's projects, from initial brief to final delivery.
Ensure production of high quality communication products, on time and on budget, while managing and ensuring quality of our services to Clients.
Identify and assist in areas of work that will ensure a positive Client relationship.

Daily Tasks:

Managing ongoing projects related to the Clients assigned to you, including opening jobs, building project proposals, background research, building timelines and estimates, updating weekly status reports, proofreading pieces, and managing final print/electronic distribution.
Coordinating all efforts on projects, between creative, clients and external partners, and managing/adjusting priorities accordingly.
Supporting Account Manager and Account Supervisor in managing day-to-day on accounts and ensuring a positive relationship with clients.
Assisting with financial and administrative tasks on assigned accounts.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 1-year of related education or work experience is required, along with an interest in the Canadian healthcare field. Relevant areas of study include Science, Marketing and Communications.
This role is a full-time opportunity (remote), and would require 35-40 hours of commitment each week. Accommodations may be made for those currently in part-time study.
