You will use continuous improvement methods to identify opportunities and design and deliver solutions that meet business needs (including process change and system enhancements).
You will drive engagement across operational areas in innovation, idea generation and service improvement, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Your Role
Responsible for supporting ABS teams in delivering end to end services through applying continuous improvement methods that deliver simple and optimised processes, improved value and business outcomes. The role supports the design and delivery of change, including process change and system enhancements, ensuring solutions developed meet business needs and are aligned to operational objectives.
Drive engagement across ABS operational areas with innovation, idea generation and service improvement, driving a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving
• Through the analysis of processes, organisational design, operational data, and customer feedback and industry benchmarking, identify and deliver viable and sustainable continuous improvement changes that result in streamlined processes, greater operational efficiency and improved quality of service
Use Lean Six Sigma techniques and other tools such as root cause analysis and critical to quality assessments to ensure the needs of the customer and operations are fully considered and met
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in the ABS and business CoE teams, developing strong stakeholder relationships to deliver all elements of change activity
• Facilitate and contribute to workshop sessions including notetaking, recording actions and distributing follow up communications and driving action plans
• Provide insight and Rreport on effectiveness of improvements and value change delivered
• Ensure all process, policy and knowledge documents, including training and communications, are created and maintained in line with business as usual and change activity
Adhere to all change governance principles and ensure all necessary documentation, plans and stage gates/sign off points are adhered to
• Collaborate with the ABS cross functional CI community to drive best practise
About You
• Continuous improvement experience, ideally from withina shared services or similar operational environment
• Lean Six Sigma qualifications, or similar, to a Green Belt standard
• Experienced in creating a process documentation. BlueWorks experience ideal but not essential
• Able to analyse business processes and complex data and provide insight
• Design thinking mindset & experience
